How to upload yearbook pic

1. Follow the link on this page to The Pageant Portal

2. Log in to your pageant portal account. If you don't have an account, create one.

3. Click "My Contestants". If there is not contestant listed, click "Add Contestant".

4. Click on the contestant's name you want to upload the picture for.

5. Click on "Contestant Statements"

6. Click on "2024 (your state pageant name)"

7. Click on "Yearbook Photo"

8. Click on "Upload Photo"

 

How to add/remove optional contests form your account

1. Follow the link on this page to The Pageant Portal

2. Log in to your pageant portal account. If you don't have an account, create one.

3. Click "My Contestants". If there is not contestant listed, click "Add Contestant".

4. Click on the contestant's name

5. Click on "Contestant Statements"

6. Click on "2024 (your state pageant name)"

7. Click on "Edit Order"

8. Make changes to your account that you would like

How to add optional Photogenic Contest/upload Photogenic entries to your account

1.    Follow the link on this page to The Pageant Portal
2.    Log in to your pageant portal account. If you don't have an account, create one.
3.    Click "My Contestants". If there is no contestant listed, click "Add Contestant".
4.    Click on the contestant's name
5.    Click on "Contestant Statements"
6.    Click on "2024 (your state pageant name)"
7.    If Photogenic is already on your account, you will see a button on the left to upload your Photogenic photo(s)
8.    If you do not have Photogenic on your account, click on "Edit Order"
9.    Scroll down to Photogenic and add it to your account.
10.    The button to upload Photogenic photos will appear

The Pageant Portal is our proprietary contestant management software. It allows you to modify your pageant order, make payments, generate custom payment links for your sponsors, upload your yearbook picture, and more.
 
You need to create an account unless you have used The Pageant Portal. This is different than registering for the pageant. Accounts can only be created by parents and contestants who are over 18.
 
Once you have created an account and logged in, click 'My Contestants.' There is a '+' symbol. Click on it to search for your contestant and link her profile to your account. Once you have done this, you can use the 'Sponsor (Guest) Payment' link generator, view her Contestant Dashboard, add or change Optional Contests, make a payment, and more.
